Introduction

Before you start

  • You may access support from the login screen or after logging in to the app

  • Use a supported web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge)

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Open the MyConsumables app.

  2. Access Contact Support:

    • From the login screen, or

    • From the menu after logging in

  3. Fill out the support form with the following details:

    • Email address (required)

    • Contact number (optional)

    • Severity (optional: Low, Medium, High, Critical)

    • Description of your issue, bug report, or feedback

  4. Submit the form.

  5. The support team will review your request and respond within 1–3 working days.

  • Select the appropriate severity level to help prioritize urgent issues.

  • Provide clear and detailed information to help the support team assist you faster.

  • No response yet: Please allow up to 3 working days for a reply.
