This article provides an overview of the Dashboard for providers and coordinators in the MyConsumables web app. The dashboard serves as the main landing page and gives quick access to key information, actions, and support resources.
Before you start
- Logged in as a Provider.

Accessing the Dashboard

The dashboard is the landing page after logging in.

You can also access it anytime by clicking Overview in the side menu.
What You Can See on the Dashboard
Key Summary Cards
The dashboard displays summary information to help you manage participants efficiently:

Total Participants Managed – Number of participants linked to your account

Total Orders for Approval – Orders that require your review or action

Participants with Low Stock – Participants who have consumables running low
Each summary card includes a clickable link that navigates directly to the related management page.
Latest Participant Activity

View the 6 most recent participant orders or updates.

Quickly monitor recent activity without opening individual participant profiles.
