Introduction

This article explains how to request account deactivation or deletion for your MyConsumables account. At this time, this action is not available directly in the app and must be handled by our support team.

Before you start

  • Must have an active MyConsumables account

  • Access to your registered email address (if available)

  • Reason for deactivation or deletion

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. On the Log in Page or MyConsumables menu app.

  2. Go to the Customer Support section.

  3. Provide the following details in the description:

    • Your registered email address

    • Whether you want to deactivate or permanently delete your account

    • Reason for the request

    • Submit the request.
  4. Wait for a response from the support team.

  • Clearly specify if you want temporary deactivation or permanent deletion.

  • Use your registered email to avoid delays in verification.
