How to Accept a Provider Invitation

Introduction

This article explains how to accept an invitation from another provider to manage shared participants.

Before you start

  • Logged in as a Provider or Coordinator

  • Received a provider invitation

  • Stable Internet connection

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Navigate to Provider Management.

  2. Open the Invitation History tab.

  3. Go to Received Invitations.

  4. Locate the invitation.

  5. Click Accept.

What Happens After Acceptance

  • Shared participants appear in your Participant Listing.

  • The inviting provider appears in your Connected Providers.

  • You can now manage shared participants.

Troubleshooting / Common Issues

  • Invitation not visible: Refresh the page.

  • Participants not appearing: Allow time for sync or refresh.
