This article explains how to accept an invitation from another provider to manage shared participants.
Before you start

Logged in as a Provider or Coordinator

Received a provider invitation
-
Stable Internet connection
Step-by-Step Guide
-
Navigate to Provider Management.
-
Open the Invitation History tab.
-
Go to Received Invitations.

Locate the invitation.
-
Click Accept.
What Happens After Acceptance
-
Shared participants appear in your Participant Listing.
-
The inviting provider appears in your Connected Providers.
-
You can now manage shared participants.
Troubleshooting / Common Issues

Invitation not visible: Refresh the page.

Participants not appearing: Allow time for sync or refresh.
