Introduction
This article explains how participants can edit an existing scheduled order in the MyConsumables web app, including updating the schedule, changing details, or adding products.
Before you start

Logged in as a Participant
-
At least one scheduled order created
-
Must have a stable Internet connection
Step-by-Step Guide

Log in to the MyConsumables web app as a Participant.

Navigate to Orders > Scheduled Orders.

Locate the scheduled order you want to update.

Click Edit on the scheduled order.

Make the required changes, such as:
-
Updating the schedule (frequency or delivery date)
-
Changing quantities
-
Adding or removing products
-

Click Update Schedule.
Apply Schedule Changes Options
After saving your updates, a confirmation modal will appear asking when the changes should take effect.
You can choose one of the following options:
Apply to Next Order

The changes will apply immediately to the upcoming scheduled order.

The next order date and details will be updated based on your changes.
Apply After Current Order
-
The current upcoming order remains unchanged.
-
Your updates will apply starting from the following scheduled order.
The option you select determines which order reflects the updated schedule.
Tips / Best Practices

Choose Apply to Next Order if the changes are urgent.

Choose Apply After Current Order if you want the current order to proceed as planned.

Review the next order date shown in the confirmation modal before confirming.
Troubleshooting / Common Issues

Changes not reflected: Check which apply option was selected and refresh the page.

Wrong option selected: Edit the scheduled order again and reapply the correct option.

Scheduled order paused: Check if the primary supplier was recently changed.
