2 min. readlast update: 01.22.2026

Introduction

This article explains how participants can skip an upcoming scheduled order in the MyConsumables web app. Skipping an order allows you to bypass the next order cycle without cancelling or changing the scheduled order setup.

Before you start

  • Logged in as a Participant

  • At least one active scheduled order

  • Must have a stable Internet connection

What Happens When You Skip an Order

  • The upcoming scheduled order will be skipped.

  • The scheduled order will continue on the next cycle based on its existing frequency.

  • Skipping does not cancel or pause the scheduled order.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Log in to the MyConsumables web app as a Participant.

  2. Go to Orders > Scheduled Orders.

  3. Locate the scheduled order you want to manage.

  4. Click the skip button or More options (⋮).

  5. Select Skip Order.

  6. Review the skip confirmation details.

  7. Confirm the action.

The next scheduled order will be skipped, and the following order will proceed as planned.

Tips / Best Practices

  • Use Skip Order if you do not need the next delivery but still want future orders.

  • Review the next scheduled date before confirming the skip.

  • Skipping an order is useful for temporary changes without editing the schedule.

Troubleshooting / Common Issues

  • Order still generated: Check the next scheduled date to confirm which order was skipped.

  • Skipped by mistake: Edit the scheduled order to adjust the schedule if needed.
