How to Track Your Orders

Introduction

This article explains how participants can track their orders in the MyConsumables web app. Tracking orders helps you stay informed about order status, delivery progress, and any updates from suppliers.

Before you start

  • Logged in as a Participant

  • Active MyConsumables account

  • At least one order placed or place an order

  • Must have a reliable internet connection.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Log in to the MyConsumables web app as a Participant.

  2. From the main menu or dashboard, go to Orders or Orders & Suppliers.

  3. View the list of your placed orders.

  4. Select an order to open the Order Details page.

  5. Review the order information, including:

    • Order status

    • Supplier details

    • Ordered items and quantities

    • Delivery or pickup information

  6. Return to the orders list to track other orders.

Order Status Overview

Below are the order statuses you may see in the MyConsumables web app. You can also view the status history at the bottom of the Order Details page to track real-time progress updates.

  • Order Processing/Placed: Your order has been submitted and is being reviewed.

  • Order Confirmed: The supplier has confirmed your order.

  • Out for Delivery: The order is on the way to the delivery address.

  • Delivered: The order has been successfully delivered.

  • Order Request to Cancel: A cancellation request has been submitted and is pending confirmation.

  • Order Cancelled: The order has been cancelled.

  • Unable to Fulfill: The order cannot be fulfilled because the products are not available.

  • For Pickup: The order is prepared for pickup.

    • Ready for Collection: The order is ready to be collected.

    • Collected: The order has been picked up.

Tips / Best Practices

  • Check your orders regularly for updates.

  • Review order details to ensure information is correct.

  • Contact support if an order status does not update for an extended period.

Troubleshooting / Common Issues

  • Order not showing: Refresh the page or confirm the order was successfully placed.

  • Incorrect order details: Contact support with your order reference.

  • Status not updating: Allow time for suppliers to process orders.
