How to Track Your Participant's Orders

Introduction

This article explains how providers and coordinators can track participant orders in the MyConsumables web app. Tracking orders allows you to monitor order progress, delivery status, and take action when needed.

Before you start

  • Logged in as a Provider.

  • At least one participant linked to your account

  • Must have a Internet connection

Ways to Track a Participant’s Orders

Providers and coordinators can track participant orders in two ways.

Option 1: From the Participant Listing

  1. Log in to the MyConsumables web app as a Provider.

  2. Navigate to the Participants list.

  3. Locate the participant you want to review.

  4. Click the Orders button within the participant row.

  5. View the list of orders for that participant.

  6. Click an order to open the Order Details page.

Option 2: From the Participant Details Page

  1. Navigate to the Participants section.

  2. Select a participant to open their Participant Details page.

  3. Go to the Latest Orders section.

  4. View the participant’s order list.

  5. Click an order to open the Order Details page.

Order Status Overview

You can track the progress of each order using the order status and status history shown on the Order Details page.

Tips / Best Practices

  • Use the participant listing for quick access to orders.

  • Use the participant details page when reviewing full participant information.

  • Check status history for real-time updates.
