This article explains how participants can update their NDIS Plan details in the MyConsumables web app. Keeping your plan information up to date ensures accurate budget tracking and smoother order processing.
Before you start

Logged in as a Participant

Must have a reliable Internet connection
Step-by-Step Guide

Log in to the MyConsumables web app.

On the homepage, locate the NDIS Plan section.

Click Update Details.

You will be redirected to the Update NDIS Details page.

To change a specific plan, select the NDIS Plan dropdown.

Choose the new plan you want to use.

The form fields will automatically update based on the selected plan.

Fill in all mandatory fields.

Click Save Changes.
Your updated NDIS Plan details will take effect immediately after saving.
