Introduction
This article explains how participants can view and track their spending overview in the MyConsumables web app. The spending overview helps you monitor how much of your NDIS or SAH budget has been used over time.
Before you start

Logged in as a Participant

At least one order marked as Received or Completed

Must have a reliable Internet connection
What the Spending Overview Shows

The spending overview only reflects orders that are already marked as Received or Completed.

Only orders with NDIS / SAH as the payment method are included.

Pending, cancelled, or not-yet-received orders are not counted.
How the Spending Overview Works

By default, the overview displays spending for the current month.

You can filter the view by month within the current year.

The totals update automatically as more orders are marked as Received or Completed.
Step-by-Step Guide

Log in to the MyConsumables web app as a Participant.

From the Dashboard, navigate menu and click the Tracking.

Review the spending summary for the current month.

Use the month filter to select another month within the current year.

Review the updated totals based on your selection.

Ensure orders are marked as Received or Completed to reflect accurate spending totals.

Spending not showing: Confirm that orders are marked as Received or Completed and paid via NDIS/SAH.
