Invite an NDIS / SAH Participant

Introduction

This article explains how providers and coordinators can invite an NDIS or SAH participant to join their participant list in the MyConsumables web app.

Before you start

  • Logged in as a Provider.
  • Must have the participant details

    • NDIS - NDIS Number and Birthdate
    • SAH - Last name and Birthdate
  • Must have a stable Internet connection

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Log in to the MyConsumables web app.

  2. Navigate to Participant Management.

  3. Click Invite Participant.

  4. A pop-up modal will appear.

  5. Select the Program Type:

    • NDIS or

    • SAH

  6. Enter the participant’s required details.

  7. Click Send Invite.

What Happens After Sending the Invite

  • The participant will be added to your participant list.

  • You can start managing the participant once linked.

  • Confirm the correct program type before sending the invite.

  • Ensure participant details are accurate.

Troubleshooting / Common Issues

  • Invite not sent: Check required fields and try again.

  • Participant not appearing: Refresh the participant list.
