Introduction

The Participant Dashboard is the main page you see after logging in to MyConsumables. It provides an overview of your consumables, budget tracking, and NDIS/SAH details, allowing you to manage everything in one place.

Before you start

Logged in as a Participant
Active MyConsumables account

Dashboard Sections

The Participant Dashboard typically includes the following areas:

Consumables Summary: View all added consumables and their current status.
Budget Overview: Track your budget usage and remaining balance.
NDIS / SAH Details: View and update your funding-related information.
Quick Actions: Add, edit, or remove consumables directly from the dashboard.

Step-by-Step Guide

Log in to the MyConsumables web app as a Participant.
You will be directed to the Participant Dashboard automatically.
Review your consumables list to see items you have added.
Use the available actions to:
- Add a new consumable
- Update existing consumable details
- Remove a consumable if it is no longer needed
Check the budget section to monitor spending and remaining funds.
View or update your NDIS / SAH details if changes are required.

Tips / Best Practices

Keep your consumables updated to ensure accurate tracking.
Review your budget regularly to avoid overspending.
Update NDIS / SAH details as soon as there are changes to prevent issues.

Troubleshooting / Common Issues

Dashboard not loading: Refresh the page or clear your browser cache.
