Introduction

The Participant Dashboard is the main page you see after logging in to MyConsumables. It provides an overview of your consumables, budget tracking, and NDIS/SAH details, allowing you to manage everything in one place.

Before you start

  • Logged in as a Participant

  • Active MyConsumables account

  • Internet connection

Dashboard Sections

The Participant Dashboard typically includes the following areas:

  • Consumables Summary: View all added consumables and their current status.

  • Budget Overview: Track your budget usage and remaining balance.

  • NDIS / SAH Details: View and update your funding-related information.

  • Quick Actions: Add, edit, or remove consumables directly from the dashboard.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Log in to the MyConsumables web app as a Participant.

  2. You will be directed to the Participant Dashboard automatically.

  3. Review your consumables list to see items you have added.

  4. Use the available actions to:

    • Add a new consumable

    • Update existing consumable details

    • Remove a consumable if it is no longer needed

  5. Check the budget section to monitor spending and remaining funds.

  6. View or update your NDIS / SAH details if changes are required.

Tips / Best Practices

  • Keep your consumables updated to ensure accurate tracking.

  • Review your budget regularly to avoid overspending.

  • Update NDIS / SAH details as soon as there are changes to prevent issues.

Troubleshooting / Common Issues

  • Dashboard not loading: Refresh the page or clear your browser cache.

  • Changes not saved: Ensure you click Save after making updates.
