Introduction

This article provides an overview of Participant Management for providers and coordinators in the MyConsumables web app. Participant Management allows you to register participants, manage their details, and support them with orders, budgets, and scheduled activities.

Before you start

  • Logged in as a Provider.
  • Must have a Internet connection

What Is Participant Management

Participant Management is the central area where providers and coordinators can:

  • Register and manage participants

  • Invite Partcipant
  • View participant profiles

  • Support participants with orders and scheduled orders

  • Review and approve participant updates or orders.

Accessing Participant Management

  1. Log in to the MyConsumables web app.

  2. From the side menu, navigate to Participant Management.

  3. View the list of participants linked to your account.

Key Areas Within Participant Management

Participant Listing

From the participant listing, you can:

  • View all registered participants

  • Quickly access participant Orders

  • Select a participant to open their full profile

Participant Profile

Inside a participant’s profile, you can manage:

  • Participant details

  • Orders and order tracking

  • Scheduled orders

  • Balance and funding details

  • NDIS / SAH plan information

  • Consumables Tracking

Approvals and Updates

Providers and coordinators can:

  • Approve participant balance updates

  • Approve participant orders

Common Actions Providers Can Perform

  • Register a new participant

  • Track participant orders

  • Add, removed and track participants consumables
  • Create and manage scheduled orders on behalf of participants
  • Approve balance

  • Receive alerts and notifications related to participant activity

  • Review participant information regularly to ensure accuracy.
