Provider Management Overview (Shared Participants)

Introduction

This article provides an overview of Provider Management for shared participants in the MyConsumables web app. Provider Management allows providers and coordinators to collaborate by sharing access to participants.

Before you start

  • Logged in as a Provider or Coordinator

  • Stable Internet connection

Accessing Provider Management

  1. Log in to the MyConsumables web app.

  2. Navigate to Provider Management from the side menu.

Connected Providers (Default View)

The default view shows all connected providers who have accepted invitations.

From this list, you can:

  • View connected providers

  • Click Manage Participants to see shared participants

  • Click View Details to open a participant’s profile

Invitation History

The Invitation History tab allows you to track provider invitations.

You can:

  • View Sent Invitations

  • View Received Invitations

  • Search invitations by provider name
