This article explains what happens if your session times out while using the MyConsumables browser app and how to resume your work.

Before you start

  • You must be logged in to the MyConsumables app

  • Use a supported web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge)

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. If you are inactive for a certain period, the app will automatically log you out for security reasons.

  2. When the session times out, you will be redirected to the login page.

  3. Log in again using your registered email and password to continue managing consumables, orders, or other tasks.

  • Avoid leaving the app open unattended, especially on shared devices.

  • Log back in promptly to continue your workflow without interruption.
