Update Participant Balance

Introduction

This article explains how providers and coordinators can update a participant’s NDIS / SAH balance in the MyConsumables web app.

Before you start

  • Logged in as a Provider.
  • At least one participant linked to your account.

  • Must have a stable Internet connection.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Log in to the MyConsumables web app.

  2. Navigate to Participant Management.

  3. Select the participant.

  4. Open the Balance section in the participant profile.

  5. Click Update Balance.

  6. Enter the updated balance details.

  7. Click Save Changes.

Important Notes

  • When a provider updates the balance, no approval is required.

  • Balance updates are applied immediately.

  • Changes reflect in real time in the participant’s portal.
