Introduction
This article explains how providers and coordinators can update a participant’s NDIS / SAH balance in the MyConsumables web app.
Before you start
- Logged in as a Provider.

At least one participant linked to your account.

Must have a stable Internet connection.
Step-by-Step Guide

Log in to the MyConsumables web app.

Navigate to Participant Management.

Select the participant.
-
Open the Balance section in the participant profile.

Click Update Balance.

Enter the updated balance details.

Click Save Changes.
Important Notes

When a provider updates the balance, no approval is required.
-
Balance updates are applied immediately.
-
Changes reflect in real time in the participant’s portal.
