View Consumables List

Introduction

This article explains how participants can view their consumables list in the MyConsumables web app. Your homepage displays all consumables in two clear sections. Regular Consumables and Occasional Consumables to help you manage items more easily.

Before you start

• Logged in as a Participant

• At least one consumable added

• Must have a reliable Internet connection

How the Consumables List Is Displayed

On your homepage, consumables are shown in two sections:

• Regular Consumables – Items you use frequently and track regularly.

• Occasional Consumables – Items you use only from time to time or that were added automatically from completed orders.

This layout helps you quickly see what you use often versus items you need only occasionally.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Log in to the MyConsumables web app as a Participant.

2. You will land on the Homepage / Dashboard.

3. Scroll to the Consumables section.

4. View your items under:

   • Regular Consumables

   • Occasional Consumables

5. Click any consumable to view its details.

Tips / Best Practices

• Keep your regular consumables updated to ensure accurate tracking.

• Review occasional consumables after completing orders to confirm they are still needed.

• Use this list regularly to monitor stock and plan reorders.

Troubleshooting / Common Issues

• Consumables not showing: Refresh the page or check your filters.

• Item in the wrong section: Update the consumable type by editing, or contact support.

• List not loading: Clear your browser cache and try again.
