Introduction

This article explains how participants can view order details in the MyConsumables web app. The Order Details page provides complete information about an order, including items, status, supplier details, and progress history.

Before you start

  • Logged in as a Participant

  • At least one order placed

  • Must have a reliable Internet connection

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Log in to the MyConsumables web app.

  2. From the Homepage or Orders 

  3. Locate the order you want to review.

  4. Click the order to open the Order Details page.

What You Can See on the Order Details Page

On the Order Details page, you can view:

  • Order ID

  • Current order status

  • Ordered items and quantities

  • Supplier information

  • Delivery or pickup method

  • Order date and updates

  • Status history at the bottom of the page showing real-time progress

Tips / Best Practices

  • Check the status history to track real-time order progress.

  • Review item quantities and details to ensure accuracy.

  • Monitor status changes regularly, especially for delivery or pickup orders.

Troubleshooting / Common Issues

  • Order details not loading: Refresh the page or try again later.

  • Incorrect information shown: Contact support with your order reference.

  • Status not updating: Allow time for supplier processing and check the status history.
